Each panelist has 5 minutes to introduce their part of the debate, after which they should, in turns, address issues previously informed by the Programme Committee. After each issue, they\'re free to question each other on the same issue. Those rounds should not take more than 85 minutes and panelists are requested to be expedite in their answers.

Issues will be randomly chosen by the Moderator. At the end of the panel, 15 minutes are reserved for questions from the audience.

Daniel J. Bernstein is a Research Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is the author of two of the Internet\'s most popular server software packages, djbdns and qmail, and the lead developer of a new easy-to-use public-domain software library for high-speed cryptography. Prof. Bernstein\'s current mission is to cryptographically protect every Internet packet.
