Each panelist has 5 minutes to introduce their part of the debate, after which they should, in turns, address issues previously informed by the Programme Committee. After each issue, they\'re free to question each other on the same issue. Those rounds should not take more than 85 minutes and panelists are requested to be expedite in their answers. Issues will be randomly chosen by the Moderator. At the end of the panel, 15 minutes are reserved for questions from the audience. |
